I handle flight changes

  • Stay connected for flight rescheduling and late changes: receive the Customer updates through the collaborative flight mission
  • Manage service request updates and order changes: modify scheduled services and efficiently apply flight changes to orders
  • Manage Prior Permission Request changes: receive previously allocated slot cancellation and allocate new slots
  • Apply Cancellation policy terms: in alignment with cancellation lead-time, customer and services

I manage payments & accounting

  • Apply agreed contract terms with Customers: when dealing with Partners
  • Secure payments: through Credit Cards and SEPA debit with payment terms
  • Create and send invoices: consolidated under the flight accounting folder
  • Manage claims and payment refunds: on Customer request, through dedicated workflow
  • Store accounting documents with flight details for later use
